J. Dowd Cellars
Lois Dowd will be here to share with us a great collection of wines from this small family winery in nearby Gilroy. Each grape cluster is hand picked by family members, fermented in small batches and carefully pressed, separating free run from our manual basket press. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels until the flavor is balanced. Our bottle filling system is gravity fed and each bottle is carefully corked to the exact specification of space between cork and fill level.
